CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics, located in Latham, NY, is devoted to the special care of children with developmental disabilities.

We offer developmental evaluations, a newborn follow-up program, Autism Spectrum Disorder – diagnostic assessment and parent counseling, pediatric neurology services, and an adoption assessment program. We perform assessments and diagnoses of developmental disabilities or learning concerns for children seven years and younger. We see children older than seven if there is a defined disability present that needs further consultation, such as Autism or Down Syndrome. Our physicians perform consultations at St. Peter’s Hospital.

Attention Current Patients: Please arrive promptly for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals cause schedule delays for your fellow patients at our office. If you are late to your appointment, we will likely need to reschedule your appointment. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations which must be received during business hours in order to avoid being charged a $200 no-show fee.
