Pediatric neurologist Dr. Daniel Greenblatt and Maude Kaye, PNP are leaving our practice and are no longer seeing patients. Both providers have been integral to our team, and we greatly appreciate their professional expertise and contributions to patient care. With their departure, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our neurology services. Pediatric neurology patients should contact CCP’s The Child Neurology Group to establish future care. We ask that patients please follow the instructions sent to you by mail and/or email. Thank you for your understanding.
CapitalCare Developmental Pediatrics, located in Latham, NY, is devoted to the special care of children with developmental disabilities.
We offer developmental evaluations, a newborn follow-up program, Autism Spectrum Disorder – diagnostic assessment and parent counseling, pediatric neurology services, and an adoption assessment program. We perform assessments and diagnoses of developmental disabilities or learning concerns for children seven years and younger. We see children older than seven if there is a defined disability present that needs further consultation, such as Autism or Down Syndrome. Our physicians perform consultations at St. Peter’s Hospital.
Please call our office first before coming in if you are ill to avoid the potential of unnecessarily exposing other patients and our staff.
