It’s important to know that your copayments and coverage are determined by your insurance, not CCP. Before scheduling an appointment or seeking treatment, it’s best to contact your insurance plan to confirm coverage for the services you seek and to understand your benefits and any out-of-pocket expenses required by your insurance plan (including deductibles, copayments, and coinsurance).
